October 23rd Education Career Expo Table (Member Not Also Attending Conference)

NOTE: Requires organizational membership with AAEE.

Organizations registered for AAEE's Education Career Expo will have use of a 6' foot table and four chairs to set up a "booth" to attract and engage with current and future K-12 educators in attendance. The event will be held on Monday evening, October 23 and take place in the Exhibit Hall of the Palmer House Hilton. A growing list of organizations plan to host booths during the event, including Educators Rising Illinois, school districts from throughout the country, and other employers of PK-12 educators. 2022 Illinois Teacher of the Year and 2023 National Teacher Finalist Kimberly Radostits will be a featured guest, mingling and engaging with attendees during the event.

AAEE is excited to host an in-person Education Career Expo in Chicago, IL featuring PK-12 education employers. The event will be held from 5-8 PM on Monday, October 23 at the Palmer House Hilton.

Refund Policy

All refunds must be requested in writing. A $50 cancellation administration fee will be deducted from all refunds. By July 29, 2023: 100% refund. By September 2, 2023: 75% refund. By October 3, 2023: 50% refund. After October 3, 2023: No refunds. Refunds will be processed by November 4, 2023.
