This webinar, presented by David Donaldson of the National Center for Grow Your Own​, will highlight the benefits of Grow Your Own (GYO) programs, but more importantly, the considerations a district should make in launching, improving or expanding its GYO program.

He will also share about the new U.S. Department of Labor approved teacher apprenticeship for which he led the application process. Previously, Donaldson was the Chief of Human Capital at the Tennessee Department of Education, where he launched GYO programs amongst 65 districts and 14 EPPs to produce 670+ aspiring teachers.
