Dr. Naama Wrightman has trained thousands of teachers, facilitators, and leaders both domestically and internationally, focusing on creating impactful learning experiences for PK-12 and adult learners. She currently leads the educator training and development initiatives at Scoot Education. Prior to Scoot, Naama taught teachers at Relay Graduate School of Education for ten years, most recently leading programming and student support for first year graduate students as Assistant Dean of Relay’s New York Campus. She started her career as a teacher in DC Public Schools and has also taught and coached with Uncommon Schools in Brooklyn. She is passionate about building and sustaining innovative pipelines into the teaching profession and believes deeply in supporting early career teachers through opportunities for practice, reflection, and development of strong mindsets.

Jazzmine Smith has spent the last 10 years in Talent Acquisition. From her time with Newark Public schools to founding schools for KIPP NJ and Miami, Jazzmine brings a deep passion for this work and the sustainability that creative hiring solutions can bring to schools across the country. As State Director for the East Coast States, with Scoot Education, her mission to grow sustainable substitute pools and educator pipelines for schools in need has kicked into high gear!
